This hand-held separable hydraulic design makes the manual A/C hose crimper easier to use. A manual piston valve to control the pressure.

Standard Hose

Purple Set- #6 (5/16' ), Red Set- #8(13/32")
Yellow Set- #10(1/2"), Green Set- #12(5/8")

Reduced Barrier Hose

Black Set- #6SRB (5/16") , Purple Set- #8SRB (13/32")
Orange Set- #10SRB (1/2") , Blue Set- #12SRB (5/8")

Note: Purple die are for #6 & #8SRB.

How to Use

Connect the pump with the crimping head.
Turn tight of the valve for the aluminum pump
Choose the correct die to install in the head..
Pump handle to crimp fitting onto hose.

Note: Can not work in high pressure hydraulic pipeline.
